RCM, headquartered in Richmond, VA was founded by seasoned Healthcare Executives dedicated to improving the patient experience and practice collections, through knowledge, education and training.    With several decades of healthcare practice management experience, we offer a high quality level of expertise in all facets of Practice Management; including Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) systems implementation or oversight, finance and billing and collections.  RCM’s strategic alliances enable us to offer Business Process Outsource services and “Best of Breed” healthcare solutions currently to over 500 medical providers.  Our trusted team of healthcare executives and senior level managers partner with medical practices across the country in making sound practice management decisions.  As members of the Medical Group Managers Association (MGMA), Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA), American Pathology Foundation (APF) and others, we implement “Best in Practice” solutions and develop new solutions that facilitate today’s healthcare challenges.  Our organization offers the following service lines;

RCM has built its professional staff around experienced clinical, financial and systems professionals with substantial health insurance industry and “Big Four" accounting firm experience.  This approach supports our strong belief that health care practice management going forward will require insightful utilization of professional expertise from various disciplines.  RCM requires all managers to be highly-skilled in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management including coding, billing, receivable management and HIPAA compliance.  RCM requires all staff to complete comprehensive, specialized cross-training programs, followed by ongoing training and development supervised by a Senior Account Manager.  All of our staff receive CPT, ICD, and medical terminology training courses, and are trained to search for the highest legitimate codes for each procedure.  RCM encourages all our employees to participate in specialized training programs offered by the payers, and attend information systems seminars.  In addition, RCM has CPA, MBA, and reimbursement specialists on staff to assist your practice with complex business management or collections issues.
