Thomas A. Gallo- Director of Practice Administration
Mr. Gallo entered the healthcare field in 1995 as the Administrator of the largest medical oncology practice in Virginia. In this role, Mr. Gallo transformed a financially challenged group into a stable, growing group that assumed regional leadership in the oncology community. Under Mr. Gallo’s direction, the practice expanded rapidly, opening offices and introducing new and expanded services. His financial expertise has proved invaluable in the oncology field. Mr. Gallo has served as a consultant for numerous healthcare concerns, assisting organizations on topics including mergers and acquisitions, managed care contract negotiation, physician compensation, negotiation of financial and purchasing arrangements, practice formation and start-up, and strategic planning.
